Licensing

Installation media:

Binary distributions of Raydesk are available for various platforms, including Linux (Red Hat, SuSe, Centos and other RPM based distributions), Unices (Solaris and BSD). Please check the technical specification, as one distribution for a selected platform may be different than another for the same platform (it may include different Raydesk Sensors or data repository library). No CD/DVD media is sold. Use the Raydesk Wiki to download your copy of the Raydesk virtual desktop.

Licensing:

RTU (Right to Use License) grants a user the right to install and use up to 1 copy of Raydesk software on systems they operate on any of the supported platforms accompanied by a generated license key. Raydesk does not use special software to control the number of licenses used.

Installation:

Customer and partner installer with roll-back feature is available for Raydesk 2.5 and higher.

Warranty:

Stickfish limited software warranty for Raydesk warrants that the Raydesk software will conform to Raydesk’s current functional specifications for the Raydesk software, as set forth in the product specification for a period of 90 days provided the Software is properly installed on supported platforms.

Installation Support:

Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available during business hours subject to Raydesk's current support terms and conditions.

Raydesk Support:

Raydesk product support services are subject to Raydesk's current price list, and the terms and conditions. Support provides fixed-fee support and software updates. Support covers business hours or around-the-clock service for mission-critical deployments. With this support, customers and partners always have access to the latest Raydesk functionality upgrades and patches. Support includes software and hardware implementation, network connectivity, and server-based technologies. Issues can also include configuration check and deployment of 3^rd party software if required for Raydesk functionality.
